- What specific 'things' come together to make a great classroom or office?
- What influence do leaders have on creating a great company?
The truth is that companies deemed to be 'great places to work' are starting to out perform FTSE 100 companies on key performance criteria. These are also companies that in the coming years will continue to beat their competitors by attracting, retaining and developing people from a dwindling talent pool.
